Intelligence. Decisions. Actions.

Designed Around People.

Exploring how Human-Centered Design, Decision Intelligence and AI are reshaping the way organizations understand, decide and act — turning intelligence into better experiences, actions and business outcomes.

My Perspective

AI expands what is possible. Human-Centered Design helps us decide what is valuable.

The conversation around AI often starts with technology — models, agents, platforms and automation.

I believe the more important conversation starts with people, business problems and decisions.

The opportunity is not simply to automate what already exists. It is to understand the human problem, the decision being made and the context required — and then design the right intelligence around it.

That is where Human-Centered Design, Decision Intelligence and Enterprise AI come together.

Themes I Explore

Themes I Explore

These are the areas I continue to explore through my work, learning and writing.

01

Human-Centered Design

Designing intelligent experiences around trust, evidence, judgment, attention and human control — not technology alone.

02

Decision Intelligence

Connecting data, insights, AI and workflows so people can move from understanding what happened to deciding what to do next.

03

Enterprise & Agentic AI

Grounding AI in business context, trusted data, knowledge, memory, tools and governance so intelligent systems can reason, recommend and increasingly act responsibly.

04

Transformation & Leadership

Connecting strategy, people, product thinking, technology and operating models to scale transformation and create measurable business outcomes.

Ideas I Keep Coming Back To

A few principles that shape how I think about AI and transformation.

01

Start with the human problem and the decision — not the technology.

The better starting question is not “Where can we apply AI?” It is:

Which human problem or business decision genuinely deserves intelligence?

Technology should follow the problem — not define it.

02

Context is the missing layer between AI capability and business value.

It connects models with business semantics, trusted data, knowledge, memory, tools and decision structure — turning general-purpose AI into intelligence that can support real business decisions.

03

Intelligence creates value when insight becomes decision and action.

Better dashboards and smarter answers are useful.

But business value is created when intelligence helps people understand what matters, why it matters, what should happen next — and enables the right action.

04

The future of Human-Centered Design is better collaboration between people and AI.

The design challenge is no longer only the interface.

It is how we design for trust, context, attention, uncertainty, autonomy and human judgment as AI becomes part of more decisions and workflows.
