With over 24 years of experience leading enterprise transformation across CPG, manufacturing, retail, and consumer-driven organizations, I specialize in building AI-powered digital and data platforms, global KPI frameworks, and decision systems at scale. My work helps organizations move beyond fragmented systems, siloed data, and disconnected decision processes to integrated, action-oriented decision ecosystems that leaders trust and teams actively use.

Over the past two decades, I have led large-scale enterprise transformation programs across global CPG, retail, manufacturing, and modern digital organizations. I have built and scaled cloud, data, and AI platforms—including Generative AI and agentic AI systems—across ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, GCP, and Groq, along with modern data and analytics platforms (Databricks, Snowflake), enterprise AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI), and customer and enterprise systems (Salesforce, SAP S/4HANA).

My work delivers measurable impact across strategic insights, commercial performance, frontline execution, supply chain, and manufacturing, enabling organizations to move from fragmented capabilities to connected, AI-powered decision ecosystems at scale.

One of my earliest AI solutions was recognized as a Top Innovative AI application by NASSCOM — reinforcing my long-standing commitment to practical and responsible AI.

At the heart of my work is a simple idea – Great intelligence systems succeed when they empower people — not overwhelm them.

I apply a mix of – Design thinking, Lean startup principles, Behavioral motivation frameworks and AI & analytics practice. This approach ensures solutions are not just technically sound but contextually meaningful and behaviorally adoptable.
