More than a year has gone by since many of us transitioned to virtual office mode of working since the pandemic breakout. No doubt this has been challenging time for the humanity, healthcare, economy, our families and friends. Despite all these challenges, Socio-economic activities along with fight against COVID must go on. One the challenges leaders face overcoming work-from-home (virtual workplace) fatigue and cultivating high performing teams under these circumstances to deliver business outcomes that matters to our customers and humanity.
